EXODO: 20-11

«Porque en seis días hizo Yahweh los cielos, la tierra, el mar y todas las cosas que en ellos hay y reposo en el séptimo día, por tanto, Yahweh bendijo al día de reposo y lo santifico.»

El Sabbat es el día de descanso semanal, observado desde el atardecer del viernes hasta el anochecer del sábado.

Es un día de descanso físico y espiritual, basado en el relato bíblico de la creación, donde se celebra la santidad del tiempo y la conexión con la familia y la comunidad.

El día de reposo (Shabbat) fue designado para que la creación tuviera un tiempo de pausa y para que los humanos pudieran reflexionar sobre la obra de (Yahweh).

Los sentimientos claves en la celebración del Sabbat son: Gratitud, Paz y Calma, Conexión, Alegria y Deleite, Identidad y Continuidad, Libertad, Renovación.

Exodus 20:11

‘ For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.

The Sabbat is the weekly day of rest, observed from sunset on Friday until nightfall on Saturday. It is a day of physical and spiritual rest, based on the biblical account of creation, where the sanctity of time and connection with family and community are celebrated.

The Sabbath was designated so that creation could have a time of pause and so that humans could reflect on the work of Yahweh.

The key feelings in the celebration of the Sabbath are: Gratitude, Peace and Calm, Connection, Joy and Delight, Identity and Continuity, Freedom, and Renewal.
